So you are all set up but now you need to find some clients. This is the part that turns most people off from this type of work because you need to get a bit uncomfortable. Putting yourself out there can be scary, but trust me, after a couple of tries, you will be amazed at how interested people are. Your immediate community is a great resource for potential leads. Talk to family, friends and even randoms at the pub. You never know who is needing someone just like you. A great untapped market is sole traders, especially tradies. They are often doing all admin work themselves and probably drowning in it. Every time I have tradies at my house, my work always comes up and you can see their eyes widen, because most do not know that support like this is available.
