My journey started like most, working office jobs supporting businesses around Australia. I had the privilege of working across many sectors over 15-20 years. Then, PLOT TWIST... global pandemic entered the room! I think we can all agree that Covid changed the world and it definitely changed me and how I prioritised my time. I decided I wanted to find a balance between work and home life... so here we are!

My main passion is culling the fat and simplifying business processes. I know it's hard to let go of the norm but the benefits are worth it.
